With his darkly funny tales of neurosis mixed with observational material, Aaron has performed throughout the UK and Europe. He also is the creator of "Jew-O-Rama" a 4-star reviewed mixed bill of the best Jewish comedians in the country (with Aaron being called the highlight of the show) which has become a staple of the Edinburgh Fringe since its debut in 2017.  In 2024, Aaron also debuted his work-in-progress show, "Aaron Levene: An ADHD Love Story" at the Edinburgh Fringe.​
